BEETROOT THEPLA

Adding beeroot to your everyday dish is very important as it contains good amount of magnesium and potassium. It is also a good Source for Dietary Fiber that are essential for everyday diet. Normally all people are not like to eat beetroot but with beetroot make a simple and tasty recipe so all like this and eat happyly. 

INGREDIENTS :

1. Beetroot  - Grated Beetroot 1 Cup

2. Oil - 2-3 Tsp  

3. Ajwain ( Carom Seeds) - 1 Tsp 

4. Til ( Sesame Seeds) - 2-3 Tsp 

5. Chilly Powder - 1.5 Tsp

6. Turmeric Powder - 3/4 Tsp

7. Curd - For Need Dough

8. Gaggery - 1/2 Cup 

9. Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1/2 Tsp

10: Salt : As per your taste

11. Wheat Flour : 3 Cup




Methodology :

Let's Start to make Beetroot Thepla 

Take one Bowl and add Grated Beetroot and add all the dry ingrediants like Oil, Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder,Ginger & Garlic Paste , Til (Sesame Seed) , Ajwain  (Carom Seeds) , Gaggery , Salt Etc.. and then mix all the dry ingrediants after that add wheat flour again mix it well all after that add Curd and make a soft dough. After that Keep aside for 15min. 

After 15min take some oil and again mix it well and divide the Beetroot Thepla dough in to 8-9 equal balla and make Thepla from it, Roll the Thepla and rost it on both side with or without oil. Again same process for all Theplas. Now its time to serve with Pickle or Coriander Chutney or whatever you like.
